So my family and I stopped by at 6pm today sun July 30. My brother in law was ordering and instead of asking what else they could get us she keep trying to tell us the total. We preceded to order anyways, i saw that they have advertised the dunked bourbon chicken sandwich. So I ordered a combo. The ordertaker was confused when we ordered that. She asked if we wanted the wings and brother in law said no the dunked sandwich. And she said ok all unsure like, rang us up for an ultimate chicken which cost like $2 more. And she continued to rush us and total us out and we weren't even done ordering. We finally finished and ended up paying like $32. And I got the wrong chicken sandwich, my brother-in-law didn't get his drink, the onion rings tasted terrible, and to top it all off the carhop read us what we had off our receipt and then didn't give us our copy. So we we noticed we were missing a drink we could ask for another because we had no proof that we had ordered or payed for it. I'm am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food.
should not take 20 min to get food and its always gold terrable place to eat dont know how they stay in business
Just left Sonic on August 19th. We pulled in a little after noon and ordered. We realized shortly after the carhop brought our order out it was incorrect. We had ordered a Coney not a cheeseburger. The carhop came back took the cheeseburger and never returned with our correct order. After 15 minutes we left and went to Dairy Queen. I guess they already had our money and didn't care if we ever returned, which we won't.
So I was at sonic at around 3:50 on September 4 and I ordered a pineapple slush with popping candy. They brought me a cup of water with pineapple shavings, they didn't even put the popping candy in. We sent it back asking specifically for popping candy and they brought it back out with nerds. After we got all of our drinks is when they told us they were having problems with there slushy machine. The only good thing about our visit was the car hop, a young girl about 16-17 years old.
Great food and fast service. I had my first pineapple shake, and it was delish!
